Nightmares

Sometimes we have bad dreams called nightmares. They can happen after something scary, like a car crash. Nightmares can make us feel scared when we wake up.

Nightmares can be a sign something is bothering you. Over time, these bad dreams should happen less often. If they keep coming back, it’s a good idea to talk to a specialist.

Lots of people feel better after yarning to family and friends about their nightmares. But if
you still feel really upset, it’s ok to ask a counsellor for help. They can guide you in the right
direction.
