What to expect from our Counselling service.
We offer free counselling in person, by phone, or video call. No referral needed.
Start with a 30-minute phone call with a counsellor.
After yarning with one of our counsellors, we will support you with the next steps.
In-person appointments
Your first appointment will be 90 minutes, and regular appointments are 60 minutes.
Phone and video call appointments.
Return your documents by email or post before your appointment. Feel free to discuss any questions about counselling sessions, expectations, or processes with your counsellor.
If you can’t make your meeting, please inform us as soon as possible, ideally two days in advance.
