People volunteer for many reasons. Some do it to meet people, learn new skills, help others, take on new challenges and use their skills and experience in a positive way. Injury Matters is seeking Expression of Interest for Volunteers to join our wonderful team of volunteers. Volunteering opportunities exist within our program areas depending on your skills and area of interest.
Having worked in a volunteer organisation I understand the importance of making volunteers feel valued and welcome. Injury Matters does this wonderfully.

Student Placements
Injury Matters encourages students to undertake their practicum placement with our various projects. Previous student placements have included; campaign development, counselling practice, event coordination, research, stakeholder mapping, data collection and review, resource creation and evaluation.
Our staff take the time to ensure the students are exposed to a valuable learning experience and are engaged in discipline appropriate projects, provided industry exposure and encouraged to participate in the organisational activities.
