This workshop provides participants with a foundational understanding of trauma and trauma-related distress. Attendees will be introduced to practical techniques for managing distress symptoms and will examine the core principles of trauma-informed practice. Through real-world examples and workplace applications, participants will learn how to integrate these principles into their professional roles. The workshop will also encourage personal reflection on wellbeing strategies to help mitigate the impact.
