This session is for organisations, emergency services or communities who are working/caring for/volunteering alongside those who have been impacted by road trauma. It recognises and acknowledges the importance of their roles in an individuals recovery from trauma.
The workshop aims to upskill individuals in their ability to recognise signs and symptoms in themselves and others and provides evidence-based resiliency skills to mitigate the impact.
The workshop will help you get better informed on:
- Overview on the components of compassion fatigue
- Increase self-awareness and understanding of warning signs
- Learn wellbeing strategies to reduce the impact
Session duration: Two hours to half a day
