Improving your strength and balance are some of the best ways to reduce your risk of having a fall and are important components of healthy ageing.

Strong legs and good balance are needed to do everyday activities, such as; getting out of a chair, walking or going grocery shopping. Take the Move Your Body Quiz to see if your strength and balance is impacting your ability to do these tasks and placing you at risk of experiencing a fall.
