Improving your health by managing the medication you take, eating a healthy diet with the right nutrients, and keeping your mind active supports your body to take part in daily activities, stay alert, and reduce falls.

It is important that your home is a safe place for you to live in and reduce the risk of falls. Your vision, as well as safe eye and footwear also helps to maintain your balance and navigate obstacles around you.
