The Improve Your Health Online Learning Module will help you learn about how improving your health and wellbeing is essential for healthy ageing and is a key component to preventing falls. Some simple tips to improve you health and prevent falls is to check your medication, keep a healthy mind and maintain a healthy diet.
The Remove Hazards Online Learning Module will focus on simple ways to keep you active and independent, such as making your home safer, supporting your vision and looking after your feet to prevent falls and move confidently.
