The Otago Exercise Program is an evidence-based home-based balance and strength falls prevention program shown to be effective in reducing the number of falls and falls-related injuries. Learning to deliver this exercise program is a great way to help prevent your clients from having a fall. Join Injury Matters on 25 September 2025 for the “Applying the Otago Falls Prevention Program in Practice” workshop and acquire the skills and confidence to deliver the Otago program yourself.
