WA community attitudes towards injury research

In partnership with BehaviourWorks Australia, Injury Matters is proud to have recently published a paper on our research into the WA community’s attitude towards injury.

The paper highlights the findings of a survey with 1,022 Western Australians, their beliefs regarding the preventability of injury, socio-demographic factors that predict safe and unsafe injury prevention behaviours and what could be leveraged within injury prevention campaigns.

Overall, the research reinforces the need and value of an overall injury prevention campaign in Western Australia.
