Tai Chi – For Health

Described as ‘meditation in motion’, Tai Chi offers a range of physical and mental health benefits and improves strength and balance, which is important for falls prevention as people age.

Have a go in this friendly social class that is suitable for a wide range of experience levels. Sessions can be undertaken in a chair, if preferred.

Term 1 2023 Dates:
Mondays 9:30am – 10:30am
Located at Thornlie Park Centre Lesser Hall
From 6 February (8 week term)

Thursdays 9:30am -10:30am
Located at Mills Park Centre (upstairs Function Hall)
From 2 February (10 week term)

This program is open to City of Gosnells residents aged 55+

Bookings are taken every term for this program. Term 1 bookings will be taken from 8am Monday 23 January.
