Strength for Life – East Victoria Park

An evidence-based strength training and exercise program designed specifically for the over 50s. It aims to achieve a reduction in falls, improved health, quality of life and fitness.

Initial appraisal: $55
Single session: $8 per session
Ten sessions (get one free): $80
Weekly group session: Thursday 9.30am – 10.30am
Individual sessions: Tuesday, Thursday or Friday 10am – 12noon
