Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga uses a chair for stability to achieve the yoga poses while increasing strength and balance and help to reduce the risk of falls. Added benefits include flexibility, reduced stress and social interaction. Chair Yoga is a fun gentle way to achieve great health results.
