Better Balance Tai Chi

Better Balance Tai Chi is a unique program designed for older adults to learn Tai Chi as a self management program with the purpose of improving one’s balance both physically and spiritually. Individuals will learn how to improve balance and mobility through modified yet authentic Tai Chi exercises.
