Aqua Wellbeing (deep water) – Karratha

A fun and enjoyable deep water, low impact workout combining strength, muscle endurance and cardio exercise. As water supports 50% of your body weight, there is less stress being placed on your joints making it ideal for everyday fitness levels and rehabilitating exercises. Classes introduce you to working in deep water with a buoyancy belt. Designed to improve balance, core strength and coordination, Aqua Wellbeing will improve circulation, lower your blood pressure and relieve muscle pain.
