Lifespan Dance created joyful and inspiring dance classes with a sense of freedom and fun in a safe and supported space – your chair. Based on the Dance for Parkinson’s methodology, the classes are taught by qualified dance professionals trained in DP, and who bring their technical and choreographic knowledge to share.
