WACOSS Heat Vulnerability Project – New Website launch

Healthy Lifestyle Program for Families: Supporting Kids’ Health 

WA Child and Adolescent Health Services is a comprehensive, year-long initiative is designed to help children aged 4 to 16 and their families adopt sustainable, healthier lifestyles.

The program aims to improve the physical and mental well-being of children of families in East Metropolitan Perth who may benefit from support with weight management and related health goals.

Through a supportive structure, children and families receive health assessments, expert-led group sessions, and regular progress reviews over the course of twelve months. 

Charge Up – EV Charging Grants 

Charge Up Grants Round 3 are now open and close on June 30, 2025.  The WA Government is encouraging EV uptake by co-funding up to 50 per cent of the cost of electric vehicle charger installations by eligible entities.

This grant is available for not for-profits, small to medium businesses, and local government authorities to install up to four EV chargers at each site ranging from 7kW up to 350kW, with up to five sites per applicant.
