Taste of Engagement: Stakeholder Engagement for Injury Prevention Part 2

November 24 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Engaging with stakeholders is essential for ensuring injury prevention and community safety organisations and programs deliver the most relevant, inclusive and impactful outcomes. By listening to, collaborating with and informing stakeholders, organisations can better anticipate and respond to the diverse needs of their target audience.

Join Injury Matters, with guest speaker from Aha! Consulting for the “Taste of Engagement: Stakeholder Engagement for Injury Prevention Part 2” half-day workshop on Tuesday, 24 November, where we will:

  • Complete a situation analysis to better understand the context of your engagement
  • Map and assess the role of stakeholders
  • Confirm the engagement goals and how they complement the project objectives
  • Design the engagement sequence
  • Explore how communication supports engagement
