Join Injury Matters for the “Falls Prevention and Neurological Conditions Workshop”. Presented by Anita Rattray, Physiotherapist and Lisa Barry, Occupational Therapist at Parkinson’s Clinic, Osborne Park Hospital. The workshop will provide participants with knowledge of common neurological conditions which increase falls risk as well as strategies for reducing falls risk.

This workshop aims to:

• Increase knowledge and understanding of common neurological conditions and their impact on falls risk.
• Increase knowledge of strategies for preventing falls in people with neurological conditions.
• Increase understanding of referral pathways for relevant services.
• Increase knowledge of available resources to support clinical practice.
