Alcohol and Older Adults Webinar

Are you interested in understanding and reducing the risk of alcohol use in older adults?
Join us for an informative 60-minute online webinar focused on alcohol use among older adults.
Recent data highlights a concerning trend of risky alcohol use by older adults. Given our ageing population, additional action is needed to be able to identify and support older adults at risk of alcohol-related harm. Without additional action, there will be increased demand on our healthcare system, and just as important, it will affect our older adults’ quality of life.
We all have a role to play in reducing the impact of alcohol on our community.
This webinar will be delivered in collaboration with experts Dr. San Buttar, a Senior Consultant at Royal Perth Hospital and Jo Woodruff, Team Leader of Alcohol and Other Drugs Community Prevention at Holyoake.
