The Avon and Central Primary Health Service offers a wide range of local services from education and practical information (eg. parenting, nutrition, exercise, asthma, diabetes, Parkinson’s Disease and falls-management) to Aboriginal health services and family support. Each service operates by its own calendar and can be accessed by appointment.
