Tai Chi for Arthritis and Osteoporosis (Shenton Park)

The focus on weight transference improves balance, which reduces falls, and the movements increase fitness, which promotes the proper functioning of the heart and lungs.

This course, held in a relaxed, social setting, improves flexibility, mobility, posture, and balance. It combines these movements with breathing exercises, which help relieve pain, reduce stress, and increase relaxation.
