
This one hour class uses the chair as a prop for support and balance or for seated practices. Each week we practice the “Build Your Balance” and “Strengthen Your Legs” exercises from the Stay on Your Feet flyers that practice at home each day. Practices are accessible and adaptable for all abilities. No practices involve getting down and back up from the floor though we might practice this using the chair in case of a fall. Finish with some seated breath and relaxation practices.
