We support people with dementia, including physiotherapy assessments and fall prevention programs. We aim to improve the quality of life of people with dementia and support their families. Our programs include home safety assessments, OT and Physiotherapy assessments, and cognitive and social support. We are a mobile service and visit clients in their homes.
