The ‘Implementing the Lifestyle Integrated Functional Exercise (LiFE) Program to help prevent falls’ training is a half-day workshop for health professionals to reduce the risk of falls and improve capacity for functional everyday activity, based on the LiFE program principles. This interactive workshop explores the knowledge and skills required for allied health professionals to effectively implement balance and strength exercises for older adults in their everyday life.
