DESCRIPTION:This training would benefit health professionals who work with people with disabilities as a disability carer\, support worker\, advocate\, aged care worker\, physiotherapist\, and occupational therapist. \nThe International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD) is a day to celebrate people with disability and promote awareness and understanding within the community. With individuals with disability at a higher risk of unintentional injuries in care environments\, join Injury Matters as we discuss injury prevention strategies and the key risk factors that contribute to injury within people with disability\, as well as how we as health professionals can advocate and ensure safer environments for people with disability.
