DESCRIPTION:Each year in Western Australia\, thousands of people are impacted by road trauma. Responding or first on scene at a car crash\, losing family and friends\, dealing with injuries\, caring for those injured\, causing a crash or witnessing a serious crash can have a devastating and enduring impact. \nThe Road Trauma Support Service WA will be delivering a three hour workshop for community members who may be exposed to road trauma as part of their work and/or personal life who would like to know how they can support themselves\, and respond appropriately to those impacted by grief\, loss and trauma. \nThe information session will help you get better informed on:\n The impact of road trauma in WA\n Common reactions experienced after trauma\n Understand the impact of grief\, loss\, and trauma\n Respond appropriately to those impacted by grief\, loss\, and trauma\n Develop self care strategies to lessen the impact.\n Find out where and how to access support for yourself and others. \nRegister to Lake Grace Community Resource Centre:  central@lakegracecrc.net or 98651470
